Course Details

Certified Enterprise Agility Coach (CEAC) training workshop is a two days training program for current and aspiring Agile Leaders, Managers, Senior Agilists who are either currently working or planning to work at the enterprise level Agile implementation or adoption. The course explores real world scenarios/situations and challenges, and helps you devise powerful solutions.

The Enterprise Agility Coaching Workshop is a training program that is unique and one-of-a-kind training that focuses on both the areas of “being agile” and “doing agile”. This is a highly interactive workshop that makes ample use of discussions and exercises to help participants learn soft skills necessary to have a successful and sustainable agile transformation/transition. You will learn and refresh your knowledge in terms of agile practices/principles, lean thinking, system thinking, culture, structure and other necessary components to lead enterprise/business agility within organization.

The course focuses four distinct aspects in an integral fashion: Leadership, Practices, Systems, and Culture to equip enterprise agility coaches and leaders to have smoother agile transformation. The training focuses on enhancing learner’s skill in servant leadership, organizational change, lean thinking and professional coaching.

Some of the elements that participants will learn during the workshop:

• How organizational culture, structure and dynamics impacts agile transformation efforts and how Enterprise Agility Coach could adjust his/her strategy to achieve both team level and enterprise/business agility.
• Improve the ability to design and implement successful and sustainable organizational transformation that would deliver breakthrough end-to-end business, cultural and human outcomes as a successful Enterprise Agility Leader.
• Gain processes, skills, tools, and techniques to overcome organizational dysfunctions and impediments and how to design a system that would support high-performance, customer centric, and facilitate higher level of enterprise/business agility.
• How to assess maturity of enterprise/business agility components and take actions for improvement for low maturity components.

Mastering enterprise agility coaching skills will require both time and practice. This workshop will allow you to:

  • Core components of business agility, how it extends beyond team-level agility and how the organization can support business agility.
  • Understand and utilize the key skill areas and knowledge areas applied by the best enterprise agility coaches.
  • Gain an understanding of organizational change, type of changes, resistance and how to successfully achieve higher degree of enterprise agility.
